Please prepare an abstract according to this template in two formats: docx (doc) and pdf and upload both files using the system below.
The abstract can be submitted after you login to you author account (if you don’t have one you can create it using the system). At this stage the account should be created only for the corresponding author.
When submitting the files some additional information also need to be provided (by filling the “new abstract” form) including title of the abstract, keywors, event and the names of all the authors. To add another author you just need to click “+” symbol in the author information section. In the “event” field, we ask to chose the event to which you think the topic of your contribution fits the best.
Assigning abstract to an event does not mean that you will only attend in this particular event. During the conference all the events will be available for all the participants.
The system should support all the popular browsers. As we encountered some issues with last version of Internet Explorer (IE11), we recommend using others, more recent browsers to create and manage your account.
Conference fee
The Fee for the participation is as follows:

Actual Fee will be paid in Euros.
The Conference STATIONARY Fee (Full Delegate or Student) includes:
- Admission to all technical Sessions and Exhibition
- Delegate bag and all conference material
- An electronic copy of the conference proceedings
- Possibility to participate in committee meetings
- Lunch and coffee breaks throughout the conference
- Ice-breaking Reception (held on the 24th October)
The Conference ON-LINE PARTICIPATION (Full Delegate or Student) includes:
- Online admission to all technical Sessions
- Possibility to ask questions only by Q&A
The ADDITIONAL COST (not obligatory, paid during the conference)
- Gala Dinner
- Post-conference Technical Trip
- Accompanying Tourist Program
